HISTORY: This is an 18-year-old resident of Seattle, Washington who presents to the San Francisco office for gland excision and chest liposuction. He has had enlarged chest size since about 12 years old. He has suffered significant psychological issues. He does not take off his shirt in public and his goal to have a “flatter chest and to able to do more things and not be self-conscious”. He underwent gland excision and chest liposuction with extraction of about 275 cc of fat from each side. There were a total of 25 grams of tissue removed from his right breast and 21 grams of tissue removed from his left breast. He has had his enlarged chest since approximately 15 years old and a significant weight loss from 300 to 170 pounds. His goal is to be able to take off his shirt in public. He is 6’2″ and weighs 200 pounds. He underwent gland excision and suction assisted lipectomy at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. He had 150 cc of fat extracted from each side and 42 grams of breast tissue removed from his right side and 40 grams of breast tissue removed from his right. His male breast enlargement has been present for ten years. He does have pain and tenderness in the chest area. His discomfort is more on his left side than his right side. He underwent 230 grams of breast tissue removed from his right side and 219 grams of tissue removed from his left side. In addition he wishes liposuction of the abdomen and flanks. He has adolescent gynecomastia. He feels comfortable with his body and able to take off his shirt in public although a bit reserved. His goal is to have a “well defined chest with no excess fat”. He underwent gynecomastia breast gland excision and chest liposuction. He had ultrasound liposuction of the abdomen and flanks. He had 325 cc of fat extracted from his right flank and 375 extracted from his left. He underwent liposuction of his chest with extraction of 100 cc of fat from each side. He had 44 grams of tissue excised from his right breast and 24 grams excised from his left. His surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California.
