HISTORY: This is an 18-year-old resident of Seattle, Washington who presents to the San Francisco office for gland excision and chest liposuction. He has had enlarged chest size since about 12 years old. He has suffered significant psychological issues. He does not take off his shirt in public and his goal to have a “flatter chest and to able to do more things and not be self-conscious”. He underwent gland excision and chest liposuction with extraction of about 275 cc of fat from each side. There were a total of 25 grams of tissue removed from his right breast and 21 grams of tissue removed from his left breast. His procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. His photographs were taken approximately 3 months after surgery.
