Patient 6135

HISTORY: This is a 22-year-old male from Oakland, California who presents to the San Francisco, California office for evaluation of gynecomastia. He has adolescent gynecomastia with weight loss. He does not take off his shirt in public due to embarrassment and his goals are just to “be able to wear a shirt and not feel embarrassed”. He underwent gynecomastia breast gland excision and chest liposuction. He had 225 cc of fat excised from each side with 42 grams removed from the right and 45 grams of breast tissue removed from the left. His surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. His photograph is taken four months after surgery.
