This is a 30-year-old male from Sunnyvale, California, who has undergone testosterone replacement due to low testosterone. He developed an increase of fullness and thick in his chest after the hormonal therapy was given. He underwent gland excision and liposuction at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center. He had 41 grams of tissue removed from his right chest and 34 grams removed from his left chest. His overall goal was to have a flattened chest with some minimal scarring.
