HISTORY: This is a 39-year-old resident of San Francisco, California who presents to the San Francisco for evaluation of his gynecomastia. He has had enlarged chest for many years. In addition he has lost about 40 pounds. He has taken Propecia in the past but states that the Propecia has not caused his gynecomastia. He does not take off his shirt in public due to extreme embarrassment. He underwent gland excision and suction assisted lipectomy with 250 cc of fat excised from each side. He had 24 grams removed from his right breast and 30 grams removed from his left. His procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. His photographs were taken 2 months after surgery.
