Patient 7145
This is a 51 y.o. male 6′ 1″ and 215 lb who underwent male breast reduction surgery for adult gynecomastia. He is seen 4 months after surgery.
Note this is a grade 3 of 4 gynecomastia with significant skin excess. This patient is a good candidate for a skin excision mastectomy procedure. He did not want the scars and willing to live with the skin issues. Fortunately, he turned out surprisingly well with the skin tightening techniques.
