This is a 28 y.o. male 5’9 ” and 187 lb who underwent male breast reduction surgery for steroid-induced gynecomastia. He is seen 2 months after surgery.

Note the skin is still healing and swelling is still present from the aggressive removal.

Patient 1283

This is a 35 y.o. male 5’10” and 191 lb who underwent male breast reductions surgery for adolescent gynecomastia. He is seen 3 months after surgery.

Note the skin laxity and how our skin contracture techniques achieved maximum results.

Patient 9640

This is a 44 y.o. male 5’11 ” and 182 lb who underwent male breast reductions surgery for adult gynecomastia. He is seen 3 months after surgery.

Note the small areola. It is difficult to perform surgery through such a small incision. The incision healed exceptionally well.

Patient 2861

This is a 51 y.o. male 5’9″ and 170 lb who underwent male breast reductions surgery for adult gynecomastia. He is seen 3 months after surgery.

Patient 5452

This is a 51 y.o. male 6’4″ and 240 lb who underwent male breast reduction surgery for adult gynecomastia. He is seen 5 months after surgery.

Note this is a difficult case because he is a better candidate for skin removal.  He did not want the larger incisions so a compromise was made in the final outcome.  His result is much improved but shows skin laxity on the left side.
