This is a 26-year- old male from Los Angeles, California, who presents with steroid induced gynecomastia and presents for gland excision and liposuction. He underwent about two cycles of steroid EEE usage that caused his condition. His overall goal is to have a normal looking chest and be 100% comfortable taking off his shirt. He underwent gynecomastia surgery at the Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Novato, California. He had 112 grams removed from his right chest and 132 grams from his left chest. His photographs were taken approximately three months after surgery.
