Livingston, California – This is a 28 year old male who presents to the San Francisco office for evaluation for adolescent gynecomastia. His male breast developed at the age of 13 years old in spite of being quite lean and very fit. He feels very uncomfortable with the appearance of his chest and presents for gland excision and liposuction. He underwent gynecomastia breast reduction surgery at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. He had 41 grams of tissue removed from his right side and 37 grams removed from his left side. He had an uneventful post operative course and his photographs are seen at five weeks after surgery.
