This patient is a 32-year-old male who presents with grade 2-3 gynecomastia and presents for male breast reduction surgery. He undergoes free nipple double incision mastectomy (skin excision and nipple repositioning). His photographs are seen 3 1/2 months after surgery, with the incisions starting to heal very nicely.
