This is a 23-year-old male from Napa, California, who presents with steroid induced gynecomastia and presents for gynecomastia treatment. He underwent gland excision and suction-assisted lipectomy at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin, California. He underwent 48 grams of tissue removed from the right chest and 45 grams of tissue removed from his left chest. His photographs are seen at four months after surgery.
