HISTORY: This is a 29-year-old resident of Santa Rosa, California who presents to the Novato office in Marin County, California for evaluation of gynecomastia. He’s had male breast enlargement ever since puberty. His goal is to have a normal size chest. He is 5’9″, 165 pounds. He underwent breast gland excision and chest breast liposuction with removal of approximately 200 grams of fat from each side. He underwent surgical removal of 19 grams of breast tissue from his right and 17 grams of tissue from his left side. His procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. His photographs are seen 2 months after surgery.
