This is a 22-year-old male from Livingston, California, who presents at the Novato office for evaluation for gynecomastia. He underwent gland excision with liposuction at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center. He had 10 grams of tissue removed from his right side and 6 removed from his left side. His photographs are seen at approximately three months after surgery. His overall goal was to get rid of “puffy nipples”.
