Fort Bragg, California – This is a 26 year old male who presents with adolescent gynecomastia to the Novato, California office. He does not take off his shirt in public due to embarrassment. He presents for male breast reduction surgery to improve his overall confidence. He is 5 feet 10 inches, 165 pounds. He underwent gland excision and liposuction at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center. He underwent extraction of approximately 125 cc. of fat from each side in addition to gland excision. He had an uneventful post operative course. His photographs are taken approximately six months after surgery.
