This is a 43-year-old male from Novato, California, who presents for gland excision and liposuction of his chest and also of his axilla. He underwent a gland excision and suction-assisted lipectomy at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in which he had 19 grams of breast tissue removed from his right chest and 27 grams of tissue removed from his left chest. Also, he had 725 cc of fat and aspirate removed from each of his right and left axilla. His photographs are seen three months after surgery.
