San Jose, California – This is a 25 year old resident of San Jose, California who presents with steroid-induced gynecomastia. He developed gynecomastia after body building and steroid use and presents to the San Francisco, California office for gland excision and liposuction. Due to the fact that he does not want to have any flexion deformity, we performed a gland excision with fat flap advancement and closure underneath the areola to create a softer and more natural appearance. He had 2.3 grams of tissue removed from his right and 2.6 from his left side. His procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Novato, California.
