This is a 22-year-old male who had gynecomastia surgery performed in 12/2014 in which he had gland excision and liposuction, but was not happy with his surgical outcome. He presents to my office for revision gynecomastia surgery. He underwent gland excision, and suction-assisted lipectomy at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center and his photographs were seen approximately four weeks after surgery. His overall goal was to achieve a flatter chest where the nipples would not show through a tight fitting shirt, and his nipples would be completely flat.
