This 17-year-old young man is 6’2″ and 280lbs. He suffers from adolescent gynecomastia which has caused him extreme embarrassment. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the chest and axillae, from which I removed a total of 1200cc of fat bilaterally, as well as 109 grams of glandular tissue from the right side of the chest and 840 grams from the left.
