San Jose, California – This is a 26 year old male who presents with adolescent gynecomastia to the San Francisco office. He is 5 feet 11 inches, 168 pounds. He underwent removal of 58 grams of breast tissue from the right side and 54 grams of breast tissue from his left side. His surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Novato, California. In addition he had 200 cc. of fat lipo-suctioned from his left chest and 100 cc. of fat lipo-suctioned from his right chest. He had an uneventful post operative course. His photographs are seen at approximately 2 months after surgery.
