This is a 48-year-old male from Saratoga, California, who presents for gland excision and liposuction from his chest. Also, he presents for liposuction of the abdomen and flanks. He underwent gland excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of his chest in which he had 30 grams of tissue removed from his right chest and 20 grams of tissue removed from his left. His photographs are seen at two months after surgery.
