This is a 46-year-old resident of Eureka, California who presented to the Novato office location in Marin County, California for evaluation for gynecomastia. This patient has had gynecomastia surgery back in 1986, which he had liposuction only to his chest. He has been unsatisfied with his outcome at another facility and, therefore, presented to my office for gland excision and suction-assisted lipectomy. He is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 195 pounds. He underwent suction-assisted lipectomy of his chest with glandular excision at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. He had approximately 30 grams removed from his right side and 35 grams removed from his left side. In addition, he had abdominal liposuction and flank liposuction. These photographs are taken five months after his surgical procedure.
