HISTORY: This is a 29-year-old resident of Cortland, New York who presents with gynecomastia. He’s had this since his teenage year’s therefore adolescent gynecomastia. It has not fluctuated with his weight loss or gain. He does not take off his shirt due to embarrassment and his goal is to be able to wear t-shirt and go shirtless at the beach. He is 6’3″, 240 pounds. He underwent gland excision and suction assisted lipectomy and liposuction of the axilla at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. We extracted approximately 800 cc of fat from each axilla and 550 cc from each chest. We excised 59 grams of breast tissue from his right chest and 92 grams of tissue removed from his left chest. His procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. His photographs were taken 3 weeks after surgery.
