Gynecomastia Surgery Grade 2

The gland excision with liposuction is the most common gynecomastia surgery that plastic surgeons perform. Forty-five percent of Dr. Delgado’s surgeries are revision gynecomastia cases, and the most common reason for revision surgery is the original surgeon did not remove the breast gland. Some surgeons feel that a good result can be achieved with liposuction-only, but it does not address the gland component.
