Hi!

I've problem with my right side of chest and nipple.
It is puffier then left and somehow bone structure is different then left.It protrude more.When I touch areola I can feel ribs above and below nipple.When I touch it I feel slight pain from ribs.I dont know if nipple is puffier because of more protruding ribs?
Also i go in gym and after my chest workout nipple is puffier and more sensitive and ribs are bigger and more protruding.

My right side is also smaller like it never fully developed.
Few years back my doc said that it is probably rickets or rachitis.

Does anyone know what it is?

I'm 28 healthy person.

I don't feel glands or lumps around nipple just ribs.

One can be healthy, slender and fit -- and still have puffy nipples.  Would suggest you visit an experienced gyne surgeon to help guide you and answer lots of questions.
