Post surgery question, Should I speak to a doctor?

Hi guys, I had my surgery earlier in the year around March. I wore the vests and massaged well for a while and everything seemed fine. Recently I have tried to start weight training on my chest which I did quite regularly prior to having the surgery. Since I started I have noticed a lot of acne style spots coming up all over the area that the surgery took place. Of more concern to me is a kind of firm sore lump which I can feel under my right nipple, although it isnt visible from the surface of the skin. I remember a similar sensation after I had left my compression vest off for a day soon after my surgery. I have started massaging the area again incase its scar tissue. Anyone else have issues when restarting weights?

Properly probably only like last week, I did a bit about 2 months after my op but it still felt sore so I left it alone.
