I'd like to know that, the massage over chest area helps healing or increase swelling. Exactly 1 month past over my surgery and I gently massage my chest several times a day for couple of minutes.( Not nipple, area around nipple, whole chest ) It feels good and doesn't hurt. I m wondering that am i doing a good thing or a bad thing.

I am 4 weeks Post Op and my doctor suggester me the same to massage the area around my chest in a circular fashion. This improves the blood circulation in the chest area, but can it result in sagging of skin. What are the other steps i can take to make my chest skin firm and give it a normal apperance?

question
