Healing after surgery
« on: January 21, 2009, 12:33:42 PM »
Hi Doctors/guys,
is there any way to expedite the healing after surgery? are there any supplements I can take before/after surgery for that?
I had a  minor leg injury 1 year back. It took almost 6 months to heal. I am afraid it might be due to some deficiency or issue.
are there any blood tests I can get done to find out if there is some deficiency or issue in my body which can delay the healing?
thanks

I am no doctor but i do try to eat reasonably healthy and rely less on lab manufactured/synthetic remedies. I do, however, take heed to natural remedies as they are more commonly occur in nature and I consider them being less risky. I am actually recovering from surgery and is following advice from this article down below and I feel it has helped me so far ...
