Exercise after post-op
« on: April 10, 2008, 02:43:06 PM »
hi everyone, I had liposuction to correct bilateral gynecomastia around the beginning of march, and yesterday had my post-op checkup with the surgeon.

he told me that apart from some swelling (for which he recommended to wear an athletic compression vest) I should be fine to go about daily life as per usual.

however i forgot to ask him about whether if i go to the gym will doing bench-presses, etc cause the gyne to come back?

Initially the surgeon i was supposed to have surgery with was insisting on excision, but on the day of the surgery I had another surgeon who said he would do lipo first and then excise if necessary. (i'm presuming he just removed fat and not the gland since I just had lipo)

if anyone can provide me some advice on whether doing pec-exercises will cause the gyne to come back

thanks! =)
