I can't remember exactly but I think its been about 10 years since my surgery. I was around 19-20 and now I'm 29. I was skinny and just had puffy nipples with hardened glands.  My question is I feel I am becoming more and more self conscious about a scar under my right nipple. The right side is much worse then the left cause it seems to have spread a little on the nipple.... Throughout the years as I have gained probably 10-15 lbs of muscle mass. Maybe it has stretched it out. Who knows. Any way to get rid of this scar? My nipple is an inch from top to bottom and the scar is about a 1/4 inch into the nipple. No one has really commented on it but I feel its starting to get noticeable.

Anything I can do for this? It also gets dry and itchy sometimes.
