I loved Event Horizon as well, if I put down 21 films as opposed to 20 that would have been in there.

Classic line "where we're going you don't need eyes to see".  Sam Neil having ripped his own eyes out before trying to take the Event Horizon through the gate to hell....

goose bumps big time yikes!!!

here’s about 20 right off, not necessarily in order and probably not final version if i really got thinking about it:

star wars (first, but others too, in order of release)
chariots of fire
gettysburg (1990's; excellent)
matrix (first, standalone)
dances with wolves
good will hunting
little man tate
the fisher king
tombstone
groundhog day
george of the jungle (hilarious)
charlie chaplin’s gold rush
shrek
young frankenstein
four weddings and a funeral
gladiator
platoon
henry v
master and commander (not bad)
little big man
tron

i bet i'm leaving out a lot of good comedies.
* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?
