Title: Workout...
Post by: gee24 on December 20, 2010, 03:17:07 AM
Hey fellas,

I had liposucion done for my gyno in August and have been hitting the gym lightly for a couple of weeks. But now I am thinking of stepping it up a notch and trying to complete the P90X program. With that said, I was wondering if anyone out there has been in my shoes before and welcome any feedback that they can provide me. I don't want to rush into anything since my chest still feels a bit weird at times, but I do want to drop a few pounds in the next weeks. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you guys soon.

i wud say- don't hurry..
while i was talking to my doc about stitches..he said, internal stitches take about 6 months to dissolve..
and obviously depends how ur body is healing as well..
wot u can do..or what i am planning to do is progressive overload...(the term self explanatory).. and stop whenever/wherever felt weird..and then step down one.

the body has gone thru sum serious trauma.. needs time to recuperate.. if u injure again in early stage..its going to take longer to heal..
