I have a undescended testicle, I was wondering is that in any way relates to me having gynecomastia?

It could be related yes.

It has probably reduced your ability to produce testosterone and the reason for the non-descent can also relate to problems.

You need an endocrine evaluation and in your situation I think the following should be tested;

LH
Total/serum testosterone (free testosterone as well if possible)
SHBG
Prolactin
Estradiol
Dihydrotestosterone (DHT)
TSH

It may also be useful to have a dynamic Insulin Tolerance test (ITT)

A dynamic GnRH also important if if LH comes back low or low normal in the setting of a low testosterone level.

If the testicle is still there and undescended then you would be best having it removed, as such testicles can become cancerous if left in this way, talk to your doctor about this.
