Will the chest be more prominent ?

I have what feels like a gum ball sized hardened scar tissue in my left side, if I start working out in a week or so (I'm 4 weeks post op) will it still push out the scar tissue considering scar tissue takes awhile to break down..

Just keep in mind that the workouts will promote a bit of swelling at first, so wear a compression garment for the first couple weeks after you working out.. It'll help. Like UnderArmor or something.
Surgery Date: April 9, 2008.
Surgeon: Dr. J C Fielding. (Toronto)
Result: Life is getting better with every day.
