Consult went very well, I've to see an Endocrinologist in the coming days to 'get a baseline' and then looking to schedule an excision / vaser .. will try to keep updated for any other Irish guys...

Had two consults now with Dr Murphy, very impressed, she has good experience with this procedure and is a highly experienced and certified Plastic surgeon.
I had blood work done yesterday to baseline everything and am hopeful to complete the procedure (water jet lipo with glandular excision) in the coming weeks.
