Puffy nipples options
« on: June 20, 2018, 12:07:40 PM »
Hi, I have puffy nipples and am wondering whether I need surgery or are there other options aswell? I've read about natural aromatase inhibiting foods such as
Zinc
Resveratrol
Celery
White Button Mushrooms
Cruciferous Vegetables
Seeds
My nipples aren't always soft like that. After working/exercising at the gym or a cool shower they get and stay hard for a while.
What do you think are my options for getting rid of these puffy nipples? Natural foods/Steroids/Surgery?

You have mild to moderate gynecomastia, correction will require surgery.

You need surgery. I am not aware that any of the options you listed will work. I don't recommend being on aromatase inhibitors.

You have gynecomastia as well as puffy nipples.  There are no non-surgical treatments that will miraculously improve your condition.

Suggest you do your homework, research surgeons carefully, consult a gyne specialist if possible in your area.  Properly done surgery will reduce the size of your chest, permanently reduce and flatten the puffy nipples and provide you with a nice looking chest.  But you have to find the right surgeon.

You can read more about puffy nipples in that special section on my gynecomastia website, captioned below.

Good luck!

I agree with the other surgeons. Your condition will not resolve with non-surgical means, so if it's something that you want to correct, you should consult with a gynecomastia expert to get your best outcome.

Pure glandular’ gynecomastia (sometimes referred to as ‘puffy nipples’): this is an anatomic description of the form of gynecomastia that occurs quite commonly at puberty and in adolescents, although it may occur in young adults and older adults as well. The proliferation of breast tissue is limited primarily to the area immediately behind the nipple and areola, sometimes extending a short distance beyond. This creates a conical or dome-like appearance of the nipple/areola complex. There is no associated expansion of fatty tissue in the surrounding area. In most cases this can be treated by simple excision of the retro-areolar breast tissue through a limited incision at the lower border of the areola. The resulting scar is nicely concealed in most cases by the color and texture difference between areolar skin and chest skin.
There are no non-surgical options to treat glandular gynecomastia.
