Hello forum. I suffer from mild/moderater gynecomastia. Is there a type of surgery other than liposuction/excision where my chest can be raised/lifted? As you guys can see in the second picture, I stretched/flexed my chest and my chest looks 100% better. Thanks.

According to your post if you expand your pecs you look good.I would suggest you add bulk to your pectoralis muscles.
