Hi guys,

I had lipo and gyno taken out though my nipples seem to be swollen rather than 'puffy'.

some times the swelling is minimal though when i go for a run they swell up lots..

I started running after the about 3-4 weeks and little by little increase the intensity and length of my run.

Need some advice guys ... should i stop running for a few weeks? is it common for swelling to be the effect of running even after 2 months?

thanks in advance

If running is causing you to swell up, well, STOP RUNNING.  Some people heal up fast, others take a lot longer.  I am seven weeks post-op and I am just starting to resume my weight training, but I am going to take it easy.  Look, you have the REST OF YOUR LIFE to get back in shape.  In the meantime, make sure you are COMPLETELY healed up.  Just use common sense yeah?
