my case was very similar to yours. Not extreme, but also not "normal".
If your case is causing you distress at all, then get the operation done now.
I put up with it for many years. I only got the operation done 2 weeks ago at the age of 43.
I have had many years of worry and restricted lifestyle. I should have got the operation done when I was 19.

Get it fixed now and move on with your life.

The pictures are gone, but that really does not influence my answer. With breasts that almost filled my sister's B cup bra when I was 18, surgery was not even a viable alternative in 1955. Modern surgery is a whole new ball game. Would I have had the surgery if the outcome was as good and consistent as it is now I'll never know.

Even now there are many young men living with the condition and seemingly not bothered by it. Yes of course there are a large number of men who do get surgery. There is not a right or wrong answer, but there is an answer that best fits you. It is a decision you will have to make for yourself.
