Hi, new user here.

I have a mild case of gynecomastia. I'm not contemplating surgery. It's most noticeable when I'm at the gym or doing any kind of exercise, because Dri-Fit shirts are sheer and nipples poke right through.

I'd like to find a way to disguise or minimize the poking.

I've used small, round Band-Aids on my nipples. I've also bought a product called Mr. Nipple, which is a nipple shield. Both worked ok, but not great.

Has anyone tried using a compression bandage or an Ace bandage, or something similar, to bind the area a bit? Alternately, I wonder whether a Spanx undershirt might help me.

Thanks for any suggestions you can offer -- and if you had success with a bandage, knowing the brand/model is even more helpful.
