Gynecomastia and Puffy Nipples?

If i have both Gynecomastia and puffy nipples will the gynecomastia surgery get rid of both or just the gynecomastia, when a specialist reccomended to me a gynecomastia surgery place he said nothing about puffy nipples PLease Help!!

Puffy nipples are generally caused by excessive gland pushing them out.  Excision of the gland will, likewise, generally allow the nipples to get more flat.  Sometimes, as was my case, the areolas (dark area around the nipple) are extra large and need to be resized during the surgery as well.
