I've just had my op and i need to wear a compression vest 24/7 for the first 3 weeks.  Its quite noticeable unless i wear a hoodie or jacket and then it starts getting hot.  I was wondering if it would be ok to wear a sports vest, you know, the tight ones for when i go out and then put on my vest given to me after my op when i'm back home?

Seconded... I wore "concealing compression vets" like you're on about before I had the op, but the post-op comp vest is much much tighter.. so wear it, its only for a few weeks :)
