M.R. Khalifeh, MD
M.R. Khalifeh, MD is a renown Washington DC area body contouring surgeon. He has been specializing in Gynecomastia Surgery since 2008, and has performed over 1000 procedures. His work is featured in an article in the Washington Post.
He attended the University of Pennsylvania for undergraduate education, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and Suma Cum Laude. He then attended medical school at Vanderbilt University, graduating Alpha Omega Alpha. Finally, he trained at the prestigious Johns Hopkins Hospital, specializing in plastic surgery during his six year combined residency and fellowship training.
He then started his practice in 2007, and has built a reputation for excellent body contouring work, with a large male clientele following.
He is also a CDR in the U.S. Navy Reserves.
Dr. Khalifeh was educated at top-rated Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Plastic Surgery Program, ranked as the number one hospital year after year by U.S. News and World Report. He started the program as a surgical intern in 2000 and was selected to serve as Chief Resident in the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery program. Dr. Khalifeh’s achievements and technical skills led to him being selected to serve as an Assistant Professor and Co-Director of the Cosmetic Surgery Education Program at Johns Hopkins University in the Department of Plastic Surgery.
