I think i have a mild case of gynecomastia, i can feel a piece of gland behind the nipple, and the nipples point out a bit. I also have som fat gatherings around them. The pictures arent that good since i used a cellphone camera, and the gyne is only visible from the sides. I'll try to come up with some bether pictures tomorrow! Just have to buy batterys for my digital camera. Will you please comment these photos; on a scale from 1-10, how bad is it?.

As i said i have a mild case! If not, then why do i feel glands behind my nipples, and why do they point out a bit? Its hard to tell in these pictures. I'll try to post some better ones today.

TT-

My question is, if anyone here suggested that you did have this, what would you do about it? Personally, your pictures look far better than many of the post-op pictures I've seen here. What that says to me is that there is literally going to be virtually no improvement to your body, and the process of slimming your chest by maybe 1/16 of an inch will cost thousands of dollars. The expense to results ratio just doesn't make surgery even worth while.

From my limited time at this site, I've seen that the mantra "Hit the gym" is repeated over and over, and so I won't go there right now. I know men with totally flat chests (as flat as yours) who have never hit the gym, and then there are folks like me, who did "hit the gym" many years ago in hopes of curing myself, only to have the problem persist. Honestly, I think your problem is more with self image than true physical looks. You have a great body. If I had that body, I know my wife would never leave me alone! Cheesy

Count your blessings. Even if you do have something there, it's not at all active. Don't waste your money on a surgery that won't make almost any difference. Save it for the important stuff, like cars and women Cheesy

I live in Sweden so the surgery will be for free, as long as the condition is making me feel bad and is not my own fault because of steroid use (i dont use steroids).
If i had to pay for it i probably would just leave it be...

TT,

As it's been said, even not taking money into account, the risks versus the rewards are not all that wonderful. If I were in your shoes, I wouldn't risk it.

No GP will refer you for surgery based on those pictures. There is simply nothing to remove.  You may have a condition called body dysmorphia, basically what you have other issues that are distorting your view of your body. You certainly dont have gyne.

It is quite evident in photo #2. I would say a 3-4 on a 1-10 scale. Lol..... again, these ridiculous comments on how it exists in your head. I think the people making these comments need to get THEIR head examined before making stupid comments like that!

It's not as bad as others but there will always be a worse case. It dosent change the fact that yours is a minor case and obviously bothers you.

exactly.  the fact you can feel it tells you it's real even if minor, and if it bothers you, that's what's important.  and if it's minor, even less reason to worry about a concavity.

* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?
