Iam 26  and  ive had male breast since i was 11. Ive tried doing alot of things to hide my condition, like always wearing 2 shirts and most of the time walking at night.... I have very few friends and i never take my shirt off in piblic. Ive decided that enough is enough and so i want to get rid of my man boobs.... The only problem is, i dont know any surgeon here in Kanya who can perfom that operation. Please help!

There are doctors who can do the surgery in Kenya,in hospitals like Kenyatta national hospital,Nairobi hospital and Karen hospital,Agha khan hospital.There are good doctors and the lipo surgery cost from 87,000kshs.
