Gynecomastia Gallery Please be respectful of the men and their pictures posted here. It took a great deal of courage for them to take these pictures, let alone have them posted for the world to see. I am grateful to them and I believe that it is a gift to the thousands of men that think they are the only one with this condition. Thank you.

Post Operative photos were taken four weeks after surgery. prleft.jpg: Preoperative photo showing my left breast and part of my right. Note the degree of sagging (ptosis). prfront.jpg: Preoperative photo of my front. pofront.jpg: Postoperative photo of my front. A great deal of sagging seems to have been eliminated, but size and shape are still a problem. Note pleating of skin around nipples. (The nipples were basically detached, skin was removed, and they were reattached) poleftr.jpg: Postoperative photo of my left breast. I was trying to match this photo as closely with prleft.jpg as possible so that a comparison could be made. poleft.jpg: Postoperative photo of my left breast. Pleating visible, as is the upper entry incision for the liposuction tube. The incisions themselves are small and healing well, but for some reason the area around them seems to be darkening. poright.jpg: Postoperative photo of my right breast. Less pleating on this side than on the left. Unevenness evident just above the nipple. Liposuction scar visible. 2nd scar not visible. It's in the shaded area below the breast.
